Do some kind of Relaxation activity
In the morning you can do some relaxation activities like yoga, meditation or any other stress release activities. It will alleviate stress. Do not drink water immediately after food

You can take a small water sip during the meal to swallow the foods but not much water. The reason behind this is not to hamper the Agni which is responsible for digestion.
